Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into, rights to convey water easement in gross are acquired over the land described in the First Schedule to this notice from the grantors described in the Second Schedule to this notice, and shall contain the rights and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and shall vest in the Crown as grantee on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Definitions
“the Grantor” for the letter marked “A” on DP 414962 means Timothy John Beachen, together with the Successors, Administrators and Assigns.
“the Grantor” for the letters marked “B”, “D” and “E” on DP 414962 means Donna Jane Scheele, together with
the Successors, Administrators and Assigns.
“the Grantor” for the letter marked “F” on DP 414962 means Donald Francis Richards and Jennifer Wynne Richards, together with their Successors, Administrators and Assigns.
“the Grantee” means Her Majesty The Queen for education purposes.
