to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 3rd day of April 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 9 April 2009, No. 48, page 1180, by replacing the two mentions of
"accessway"
with the words
"service lane".
