Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of January 2004, setting apart land for education purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 August 2006, No. 97, page 2880, by deleting the recital and Schedule after the words:
“Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981,”
and substituting the following:
“and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for education purposes and shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
