Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Christchurch City Council on 12 May 2009.
“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council resolves that those parcels of endowment lands held by the City in fee simple and described in the Schedule, be declared to be a Historic Reserve pursuant to Section 18 of the Reserves Act 1977.”
