Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Grey District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register WA8A/990, subject to an easement marked "A" on SO 416798.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be amalgamated with Computer Freehold Register WA2C/1455.
