Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information New Zealand,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1), declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and to be vested in the Hamilton City Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA58D/864
on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette.
