Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 26 February 2009 under minute number CL/FEB/158/09:
“That Lot 1 Deposited Plan 45517 and Lot 1 Deposited Plan 51246 (Computer Register NA4A/460), be declared to be Local Purpose (Community Buildings) Reserve in accordance with the requirements of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977.”
