Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated
the 23rd day of February 2009 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 26 March 2009, No. 39, page 1020, by deleting the heading in that notice and replacing it with the heading
“Land Declared Road—State Highway 3, Mt Stewart Intersection, East of Sanson, Manawatu District”
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
