New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA81B/528 and vested in RL Investments No.2 Limited, subject to mortgage 8046117.1, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
