In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by the council on 22 April 2009:
“That pursuant to Section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977 the Council hereby classifies the reserves described
in the Schedule as Recreation Reserve.”
