Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (pump station site) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, with effect that the reserve may be disposed of by the Hamilton City Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as council determines, the proceeds from a sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
