Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice acquiring land for road, dated the 9th day of April 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
16 April 2009, No. 49, page 1233, by deleting
“Waikato District Council”
and substituting it with
“Hamilton City Council”.
