Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Aotea Family Support Group Charitable Trust to control and manage the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule, and subject to the terms and conditions set down in a memorandum of agreement.
