Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Christchurch City Council on 27 February 2009:
“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Christchurch City Council resolves that the land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule, be declared to be a Recreation Reserve for purposes specified in Section 17 of the said Act.”
