Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1), declares that,
an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portions of land described in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato District Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the portion of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and vest in the Waikato District Council;
(c) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA30C/588
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
