Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserves described in the Schedule from recreation reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Act and declares that the reserves form part of the Mair Park Scenic Reserve.
