Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1) of the Public Works
Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portion of land described in
the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for utility purposes and shall vest in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
