Pursuant to section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Waitakere City Council resolved on 2 July 2008 to exchange 508 square metres of Te Atatu South Park, Te Atatu Road,
Te Atatu, as described in the First Schedule below, for
508 square metres of an adjoining property at Bordeaux Parade, Te Atatu South, as described in the Second Schedule below.
