(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the portion of land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be acquired for road and vest in the Waikato District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA67C/701
on the date of publication of this notice in New Zealand Gazette
