Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in Schedule as a government purpose (wildlife management) reserve and further, under section 52(1), declares that the reserve described in the Schedule forms part of the Paynes Gully Wildlife Management Reserve.
