Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Bay of Plenty Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice authorising the exchange of part of a reserve for other land dated the 11th day of November 2008 and published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 2008, No. 177, page 4625, by omitting from the First Schedule in the notice
“Allotment 801”
and inserting in its place
“Allotment 810”.
