Pursuant to section 117(7) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice to be added to soil conservation and river control purposes and vest in the Bay of Plenty Regional Council and further, pursuant to section 120(3),
be amalgamated with the land in Gazette Notice H971972 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
