Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, Anthony Percy Quirk, Marlborough District Council, changes the classification of that part of a reserve, described in
the Schedule, from a local purpose (river protection) reserve to a local purpose (access) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
