Pursuant to sections 20 and 116 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that the portion of road passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice be stopped and vested in the Wellington Regional Council for soil conservation and river control purposes on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
