Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described
in the Schedule as a recreation reserve with the effect that the land will vest in the Waipa District Council under the provisions of section 26A of the Act.
