Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in the Waimakariri District Council of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule and changes its classification from a recreation reserve to a Government purpose reserve.
