Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the North Shore City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the North Shore Council at its meeting on
10 December 2008, declaring the parcels of land in
the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
