New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for teacher accommodation and shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen, subject to Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
