Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of section 19(1)(b) of the Act, and further declares the reserve to form part of the Paraparaumu Scenic Reserve.
