Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL8C/1166, subject to section 308(4) of the Local Government Act 1974.
