Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice
to be taken as severance, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and section 27B of the State Owned Enterprises Act 1986 (which provides for the resumption of the land on the recommendation of the Waitangi Tribunal and which does not provide for third parties, such as the owner of the land, to be heard in relation to the making of any such recommendation), on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
