Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977,
the Marlborough District Council hereby notifies that
a resolution was adopted by the Marlborough District Council at its meeting on 30 October 2008 changing the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto to local purpose (utility) reserve subject to the provisions of
the Act.
