Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (drainage) reserve and shall vest in the Franklin District Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 52(4), declares the land thirdly described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a local purpose (drainage) reserve and remain vested in the Franklin District Council
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
