Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land in the First Schedule to be road and vested in the Hurunui District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares that the land in the Second Schedule to be acquired as severance and vested in the Hurunui District Council.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares that the land in the Third Schedule to be stopped and vested with
the land in the Computer Freehold Register CB17B/1109, subject to Consent Notice 501787 imposing building line restriction and mortgage 7258907.3 to ANZ National Bank Limited.
