Pursuant to section 22(5) of the Reserves Act 1977, the joint management committee established under the Ngati Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005, acting under delegated authority from the administering body of the reserve, hereby prohibits access, except under authority of a permit issued by the administering body, to that part of the Moutohora (Whale) Island Wildlife Management Reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
