Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice, excluding those minerals not acquired by Gazette Notice S468701
and those minerals reserved to the Crown pursuant to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Hauraki District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
