Pursuant to sections 29 to 32 of the Racing Act 2003, notice is given that the following New Zealand Rules of Racing have been amended:
105 – inserted “Agreement of Apprenticeship”
105 – amended “Apprentice” and “Approved Employer”
105 – deleted “Apprenticeship Board”
509 – deleted
510 – deleted
511 – deleted
512 – deleted
513 – deleted
514 – deleted
515 – deleted
516 – amended
517 – deleted
518 – deleted
519 – amended
These amendments will come into effect from 1 August 2009.
