the Limited Statutory Manager at Hamilton’s Fraser High School (135)
Pursuant to section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, I am satisfied that the limited statutory manager is no longer required at Hamilton’s Fraser High School. I thereby revoke the Gazette notice published in a Supplement to the
New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 2009, No. 82, page 1887, appointing the limited statutory manager.
This notice shall take effect on 4 December 2009.
