of Hamilton’s Fraser High School (135) and Appointment of a Commissioner
Pursuant to section 78N(3) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Hamilton’s Fraser High School and appoint
Sir Wira Gardiner
as commissioner to replace that board.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of Hamilton’s Fraser High School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect on 4 December 2009.
