Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the New Plymouth District Court on 13 November 2009, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1994 Volvo 850, Registration No. YL1031.
Against: Kathleen Hickman.
