Pursuant to section 65ZD of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives the following notice:
"On 26 January 2009, I, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity in favour of the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, under an Indemnity Agreement related to
an exhibition of artworks entitled Monet and the Impressionists."
