Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 4 November 2009 of the Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme - Transport
of Animal Products and Animal Material for Export with an Official Assurance) Amendment Notice 2009 which comes into force on 5 November 2009.
A copy of the notice may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68-86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
