Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 20 May 2008, which
was granted under those Regulations to Jane Patterson
in respect of Kowhai Rudolph Steiner Kindergarten (10082), situated at 55 Amy Street, Ellerslie, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
