Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 29 October 2009 of the:
(a) Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme - Transport of Animal Products and Animal Material for Export with an Official Assurance) Notice 2009 which comes into force on 31 March 2010, except for clauses relating to registration which come into force on 1 November 2009; and
(b) Animal Products (Regulated Control Scheme - Handling of Animal Products and Animal Material at Wharves) Notice 2009 which comes into force
on 31 March 2010, except for clauses relating to registration which come into force on 1 November 2009.
Copies of the notices may be inspected or obtained at the office of the New Zealand Food Safety Authority, South Tower, 68-86 Jervois Quay (PO Box 2835), Wellington.
