Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 11 February 2008, which
was granted under those Regulations to Catherine Bouma
in respect of Lincoln Playcentre (70077), situated at
24 Gerald Street, Lincoln, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
