a review (notice of initiation published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 July 2008, No. 114, page 3021) of the imposition of the anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of hog bristle paintbrushes from
The People's Republic of China (China), I hereby give the following notice.
N o t i c e
Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Completion of Review and Initiation of Reassessment: Anti-dumping Duties on Hog Bristle Paintbrushes from China.
(2) I have completed the review and determined that there is a likelihood of a recurrence of dumping causing material injury to the New Zealand industry producing like goods, should anti-dumping duties be removed, and therefore the continued imposition of anti-dumping duties on the goods described in the Schedule is necessary.
(3) I have initiated a reassessment of the rate or amount of anti-dumping duty in respect of imports into New Zealand of the goods described in the Schedule.
