Pursuant to section 250 of the Resource Management
Act 1991, I, The Honourable Sir Anand Satyanand,
G.N.Z.M., Q.S.O., Governor-General of New Zealand, on the recommendation of the Attorney-General, after consultation with the Minister for the Environment and the Minister
of Maori Affairs, hereby appoint
Melanie Harland, District Court Judge of Hamilton
to be an Environment Judge of the Environment Court on and from the date hereof.
