The Gambling Act (Casino Gambling Equipment) Minimum Standard 2004 has been amended pursuant to section 327 of the Gambling Act 2003.
The amendments include:
The prescription of the Australian/New Zealand Gaming Machine National Standard Revision 10.0;
The prescription of the New Zealand Casino Gaming Machine Appendix to the Australian/New Zealand Gaming Machine National Standard Revision 10.0 Version 1.0.
These amendments will take effect on 9 October 2009.
