Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Christchurch District Court on 2 October 2009, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1989 Austin Metro 1.3 GS, Registration No. OF3460.
Against: Dean Johannes Van-Boven.
1989 Toyota Starlet, Registration No. OL7887.
Against: Riki Jayde Spriggs.
1995 Subaru Legacy, Registration No. BEG920.
Against: Nicholas John Turner.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 962 4088) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
