Pursuant to section 78N(2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby appoint
Dallas Murdoch
as commissioner for Te Kura o Nga Ruahine Rangi.
All functions, powers and duties of the board of trustees
of Te Kura o Nga Ruahine Rangi are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
